1. Regularly check the insulation effect of each line, and always pay attention to the warning content on the machine warning sign.
2. When the movable parts and the mixing chamber are blocked, do not put your hands or iron rods into them, but use plastic rods to handle them carefully.
3. Be careful not to get burned when touching the high temperature parts.
4. When there is powder leakage or squealing sound from the sealing ring, first loosen the four screw caps evenly and then screw in some, then add some material oil or engine oil to the rotor gap in the mixing chamber, and then idle for 3— At the same time for 5 minutes, use a hammer to lightly tap the periphery of the sealing ring gland on the spring side a few times. If the powder still leaks, adjust the tightness of the individual springs. When it is very close, it means that the sealing ring inside has been worn and needs to be replaced. 5. Special attention: Check the oil level and lubrication state of each gear oil, oil and butter before starting the machine every day, and pay more attention every day that the oil level of the triple oil cup should not be less than half.
6. When the machine fails, stop the action of the machine as soon as possible, and unrelated personnel shall not do any action without authorization, notify and wait for your company's mechanic to check and maintain.
