2. Before boarding the machine, the operator should wear the prescribed labor protection equipment.
3. Before starting the machine, check and clean up the sundries around the machine that hinder the operation of the equipment.
4. Keep the work area around the machine clean, the roads are clear, open the ventilation equipment (exhaust fan), and keep the workshop air circulation.
5. Open the water supply, gas supply and oil supply valves, and check whether the water pressure gauge, water gas gauge and oil pressure gauge are normal.
6. Start the test run and stop the machine immediately if abnormal sound or other faults are found.
7. Check whether the material door, top bolt and hopper can be opened normally.
8. Whenever the jacking bolt is raised, the jacking bolt control knob must be turned to the up position.
9. During the kneading process, if there is a phenomenon of material jamming, use the ejector rod or other tools to operate, and it is forbidden to directly dig out the material by hand.
10. When the hopper is turned over and unloaded, pedestrians are prohibited from approaching the hopper and the elevator. Pay attention.
11. Before shutting down the machine, the top bolt must be raised and the hopper is turned back to its original position. Close the material door to stop the power outage.
12. After the work is over, turn off all power sources, water sources, gas sources, and oil sources.
